What’s your favourite thing about your job?

Seeing the members respond to the music. It doesn’t matter what someone’s disability or quirks may be—once the music starts, that’s all that matters. Eyes light up, bodies move however they can, and everyone is free to express themselves without judgement. Being part of a team that creates that kind of experience in such an inclusive environment is truly wonderful.

What do you love about Snoezey?

The team. Everyone is incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming—always putting the needs of the members first. There’s a deep understanding of each individual’s unique needs, which clearly comes from a genuine passion for providing the very best support.

Tell me something interesting about you?

When I’m not playing guitar or spending time with my family, I enjoy writing short stories. One day, I hope to write a novel.
