
As a recent addition to our yoga sessions – we are now offering a class on Friday mornings, 09.30 to 10.30, at St John’s Youth Centre especially for the parents/carers/support staff of a person with a disability or additional need.
You will be guided through a practice of yoga asana, breath work and meditation techniques, in a safe space to relax and take a moment for yourself in a hectic life.
Yoga is a wonderful stress relief and a fantastic method of encouraging the body to move in a way that benefits physical and mental health.
These new classes are in addition to the yoga classes for our members at the Snoezelen centre.
