We recognise that everyone has individual needs and we have worked hard to make sure there is something here for everyone. Whether you’re looking for therapy, creativity or social activities, or simply want to have fun you are welcome. If you’re a parent, carer or person with additional needs, come and visit Worcester Snoezelen. Take time to relax in a warm comforting environment that offers the opportunity to make choices and communicate through alternative means
Our ‘Why?’
We have a profound impact on the lives of hundreds of people across the region by providing accessible activities to those who find everyday life challenging. The ‘Why?’ of Worcester Snoezelen is simple: we want to provide joy, fun and happiness through a dedicated multisensory environment and to support our visitors and their families. We believe what we do is essential, and the happiness of our thousands of visitors proves that it is incredibly valuable to individuals of all ages and abilities.
Our history
Worcester Snoezelen was founded as a charity in 1993 by Penny Brazier, who had the vision to transform a space into a multisensory leisure facility designed to provide a safe and creative environment for anyone in need of extra support and care. Over the years, the centre has grown and evolved to provide more services, care and positive environments for individuals of all ages with learning disabilities, additional needs, dementia, physical disabilities and more – alongside their friends and families.
